Trideck Properties limited was started in 2015 by local businessmen Richard Finne and Derek Tyson. The company acquired a storage a facility at Cupar Trading Estate and began a comprehensive refurbishment program of the property including new fire alarm system, intruder alarm system, full repainting painting throughout and state of the art motion sensor LED lighting. The property soon attracted more tenants and Trideck Properties began catering for their clients excess storage requirements by establishing container park opposite the storage facility at Cupar Trading Estate. Trideck Properties now have over 50 new containers and continue to expand with more containers ordered for delivery throughout 2021.
