Condition: Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of the room or container and return it swept and cleaned out. Any costs involved in disposing of any left articles will be passed on to the tenant.

Access: Access is available 24 hours a day.

Storage restrictions: Containers/rooms are not to be used for the storing of any flammable liquids, toxic waste, asbestos, compressed gas and any illegal substances.

Uses: Containers/rooms are for storage purposes only with no other business activities to be carried out.

Rental: Rental periods are for a minimum of 3 months with a 1 month deposit and 1 month's rent being paid in advance. 1 months written notice must be given by either party to terminate the lease. Any rental payments later than 2 weeks after the due date will be deemed a breach of contract and the landlords will have the right to terminate the agreement.

Insurance: We do not provide insurance for your contents in your container or storage room.
